Meet Chef Gianni
Born and raised in a small village outside Naples, Chef Gianni grew up in his grandmother's kitchen, learning the sacred art of Italian cooking from the woman who could turn the simplest ingredients into something extraordinary.
After formal training at the Culinary Institute in Naples and years of apprenticeship under some of Italy's most respected chefs, Gianni brought his passion to Florida over a decade ago. Cafe Gianni was born from a simple belief: that authentic Italian food, made with love and the finest ingredients, has the power to bring people together.
Every morning, Chef Gianni arrives before dawn to prepare fresh pasta by hand, simmer sauces slowly, and select the day's produce. "I don't just cook food," he says. "I share my family's legacy with every plate that leaves my kitchen."
